Trained in law and political science, Elsa has a master’s degree in the Mediterranean and the Middle East Region.
After several internships in various structures (administrations, associations…), she decided to specialize in communication and cultural programming. Thus, on the occasion of “The Maghreb-Orient des Livres” (MODEL), an annual festival based on literature and publishing, Elsa joined The Institute for Research on the Mediterranean and the Middle East (iReMMO) to be in charge of communication and participate in the event’s programming. Before joining Al Badil team in May 2021, she was assistant manager of cultural and communication projects within the Achac research group. In parallel to her professional experiences, Elsa participated in the production of a documentary for ARTE France and is involved in several actions for cultural mediation between the different countries of the Mediterranean.
