How do humans perceive space under different circumstances? Are we more inspired in darker spaces? How can we stimulate interactions within a confined area? Snow Sheng Jie brings these questions to her installation works. Her works often involve light&shadow projection, and interactive sound and light approach. Snow is interested in exploring the relationship between humans and space.
Snow obtained a master’s degree in fine art and design from Frank Mohr Institute, The Netherlands. Through her experiments, Snow draws on efforts to extract and share philosophical values from the ordinary objects that surround us.
By participating in the 2022 YOUNG MASTERS PROGRAM, she would like to further develop the new project and take challenges on new environments and audiences. The diverse team of artists would bring exceptional inspiration to her journey.
